TV Internet Hub LLC acts as an authorized retailer connecting customers to third-party telecom service providers. Refund eligibility depends on the policies of the specific service provider you have been connected with.
If you wish to cancel a service order that has not yet been installed, please contact us immediately at (888) 451-9311 or info@tvinternethub.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before installation occurs.
Refund requests for services already installed or activated must be directed to the service provider directly. Each provider has their own refund and cancellation policies. We will assist you in contacting the provider to resolve any billing issues.
